Today I packed my car for A Mountain Quiltfest in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The day was a perfect day of warm sunshine and blue skies. A real beauty! Spring is making its appearance with crocus and snowdrops. I am always glad when the winter cold is over. I took a walk and enjoyed the warm sun on my face. I look forward to seeing you in Pigeon Forge. Always a great show and I love looking at all the stores of cowboy boots in my off hours when I am not at the show.
I plan to visit my sister Linda and her husband Ray on their farm in Kentucky after the show. I arrive on St Patrick's Day and Ray has promised a traditional Irish dinner of corned beef and cabbage. Happy St Patrick's Day and Happy National Quilting Day to all my Quilting friends!!!

Diane,
It was great meeting you today. You are officially one of my favorite artists! I am the most happiest with my spring fabric collection from you at the Smoky Mountain Quilt Show. Hope you got to get some exercise, but I'm not sure you did-I saw snowflakes on the way home to Maryville. Take care, and keep on painting!
